HOW TO MAKE YOUR ANNATTO OIL
Put 1 tablespoon of annatto seeds in a bottle, cover it with 1 liter of neutral oil (sunflower).
Add a pinch of salt to keep your oil longer.
Shake vigorously and leave to stand for a week.
You will thus obtain a colored oil which will bring a nice tint to your dishes.
